Join us for a FREE non-contact Football Fundamentals Camp designed to teach young athletes (ages 7-14, up to 8th Grade) the proper techniques and the fundamentals of football. Drill sessions and demonstrations will be presented under the guidance of the Norchester Red Knights Coaching Staff. Techniques taught include passing, running, ball handling, receiving, blocking, kicking and strength training.
